Neck pain
Neck pain can occur from whiplash injuries or ergonomic, posture related causes. Sometimes pins and needles or burning pain can refer down the arms and even cause weakness in the upper limbs. Such conditions respond well to joint mobilizations with movement, soft tissue mobilizations, neural mobilizations, range of movement and strengthening exercises
Back pain
Back pain can occur from a sudden lifting incident or progress gradually over time due to ergonomic, postural dysfunction and or weakness. This can be treated with a variety of methods including soft tissue and joint mobilizations, stretches, core strengthening exercises and yoga therapy poses.
